The pierrade as we can guess, it's a marble stone beforehand salted with coarse salt, on which we cook some meat, vegetables and fish.

This original way to cook ingredients, allows a tender meat and a perfect cooking for the fish.

Device ignition:

Put the stone surrounded with its frame on a burner of your gaz stove during 30 to 45 minutes, to heat it.

If you don't have a gaz stove it's also possible to warm it in your oven, without the frame with the handles.
